• When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or send us a trip brief: your name, your contact details and what you tell us about your trip.
• When you book a transfer: your name, email, phone number and the details of the trip.
• When you visit the site: our host, Cloudflare, keeps technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site safe.
• When you claim the page of a business: your name, email and WhatsApp number. To check that you run the business, we send a code to the email address on its page, or our team contacts the business on WhatsApp. For the Verified badge, we also ask for the business number (NIB) and a photo of your ID card. Only our team sees the photo. It is kept encrypted and deleted 30 days after the check.
• On the page of a business: its name, contact details and position on the map, from open data (see the legal notice) or from its owner. A business can ask us to correct its page or take it down.
• When you ask for a trip draft: your answers to the questions, without your name or contact details. We keep them for 30 days, so we can send you the plan you saw if you ask for it.
• When you visit the site: we count visits and the pages people open with PostHog, in the EU. It uses no cookie. To stop being counted on a browser, add ?notrack=1 to the address of any page. Your browser then keeps that one choice.
• When you follow a link to a booking site, such as Agoda or Booking.com, to see prices: the booking and your data are on that site, under its own rules.

We use your data to answer you, to plan and run your trip, and to meet our legal duties for bookings. We do not sell your data.

We share only what is needed with the local partners who run your tour, stay or transfer, and with our service providers: Cloudflare for the website, Hostinger and Supabase for our server and database, PostHog to count visits, OpenAI to write trip drafts from your answers, Google Workspace and Resend for email, Google Maps for maps and some photos of businesses and, when you pay online, our payment provider.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie to protect the site. Pages that show a Google map load it from Google, which may set its own cookies.

We keep your data only as long as we need it for these purposes, or as long as the law requires for bookings.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

We update this page when our use of data changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
