- Changes to your page: send them to us by email, and we make them.
Later: bookings on sulawesi.com, if you want them
- Bookings are not open yet. When they open, you choose whether to switch them on.
- When a traveller books and pays on sulawesi.com, we keep 10% of the price. The 10% is inside your normal price. The traveller pays no extra fee.
- A booking that comes through your own address costs you no commission.
- The payment fee for a card, QRIS or bank transfer is added to the 10%. We show the exact fee before you switch bookings on.
- If the law asks for tax on our 10%, we add it and show it on your invoice.
- We pay you after check-in, or after the trip starts.
Our promises
- The same rules for every business. Money does not change your place on a page. If we ever sell a paid spot, it says "Sponsored".
- Later, we plan optional paid plans with more tools. What is free stays free.
- You can ask us to remove your page at any time.
What we check, and why
We check that the person who claims a page runs the business. So nobody else can take your page. For Claimed, we send a code to the email address on your page, or one WhatsApp message to its number. When a page is claimed, we also let the business know, at the contacts on its page. For Verified, we also check the documents below.
- 1Your KTP. A foreign owner sends the photo page of their passport.
- 2The NIB of the business: its 13-digit number from OSS.
- 3One WhatsApp message to the number on your page, to confirm.
Only our team sees your documents. We keep them encrypted and delete them 30 days after the check. Your page shows "Verified", never your documents.

- How do I change my page?
- Once your page is claimed, sign in with your email address and change your text, contacts and photos yourself. New contacts show after our check. Or reply to our email, and we make the changes.
- Where does the information on my page come from?
- From open data (Overture Maps), or from the website of the business. If something is wrong, tell us, and we correct it.
- I do not want a page on sulawesi.com.
- Write to us from the email address or the WhatsApp number of the business. We check that the request comes from you, then we take the page down.
- Is it free?
- Yes. The page, the contacts, the badge and your address are free. Bookings, when they open, cost 10%, and only if you switch them on.
